When you submit our contact/quote form, we collect the details you provide: your first and last name, phone number, email address, street address, suburb and postcode, approximate turf size, preferred service date, any photos you choose to upload, and any additional notes you write. We only collect what's needed to give you an accurate quote and deliver the service.

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, schedule and carry out the service you've booked, and to contact you about that booking. We don't use your information for unrelated marketing without your consent, and we never sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Third-Party Services

Our contact form is processed and stored by Formspree, a third-party form-handling service, which receives the details you submit in order to deliver them to us. Formspree processes this data under its own privacy policy. Pages on this site may also embed Google Maps; if you interact with an embedded map, Google may set its own cookies under Google's privacy policy, independently of this site. We don't currently run analytics or advertising tracking scripts on this website.

4. Data Storage & Security

We take reasonable steps to keep the personal information we hold secure and to only access it for the purpose of responding to your enquiry or delivering your booked service. Information submitted through our contact form is stored by Formspree on our behalf, subject to their own security practices.
