These terms and conditions apply whenever you book or use artificial turf cleaning, dog urine odour removal, or commercial turf services from Turf Cleaning Perth, a brand of Baldivis Window Cleaning (Rob Menzies). By booking a service with us, whether by phone, email or through our website contact form, you agree to these terms.

1. Our Services

We provide professional artificial turf cleaning and dog urine odour removal for residential properties, and tailored cleaning programs for schools, sports facilities, childcare centres and strata or commercial properties, across Perth's southern suburbs, Cockburn to Mandurah. Every job follows the same 4-stage process: debris extraction, fibre lift, bio-enzyme urine treatment and a full rinse, using our Roll&Comb 502E-AU equipment and P-Off bio-enzymatic cleaner.

2. Quotes & Pricing

Residential pricing starts from $195 for lawns up to 40 m², GST included, with an additional $4/m² for area beyond that. This is our standard published rate and may be confirmed or adjusted once we've seen your lawn or the photos you provide. Commercial and strata work (schools, sports facilities, childcare centres and commercial properties) is quoted individually per site, we do not apply the residential rate to commercial jobs. Any quote we give you is valid for a reasonable period from the date it's issued; if you're unsure whether a quote is still current, ask us to confirm before booking.

3. Booking & Site Access

You don't need to be home for us to carry out the service, but we do need clear access to the turf area (for example, gate access) and access to a tap point for the rinse stage. If we can't access the site on the day booked, we'll be in touch to arrange a suitable alternative time.

4. Condition of Your Turf

Our process is built to lift and rejuvenate flattened synthetic fibres and eliminate dog urine odour at the source. Very old or physically degraded turf (10+ years, brittle or badly worn fibres) may not fully recover to a like-new appearance, and severe, long-standing odour problems may respond better to more than one treatment. If we assess your turf on site and believe the result will fall short of what you're expecting, we'll tell you honestly before starting work rather than promise a result we can't back up.

5. Rescheduling & Cancellations

Plans change, we get it. If you need to reschedule or cancel a booking, please let us know as early as you can so we can offer the time slot to another customer and find a new time that works for you.

6. Payment

Unless we've agreed otherwise with you in writing, payment is due on completion of the service. If you have a question about payment methods or timing for your specific job, ask us when you book and we'll confirm directly.

7. Insurance & Safety

We carry $10 million public liability insurance and all staff are police-checked. Every product we use, including P-Off, is bio-enzymatic, non-toxic and biodegradable, with no bleach or harsh chemicals. In typical WA conditions, treated turf is dry and safe for pets and children within 30-60 minutes.

8. Liability

We take reasonable care in providing our services and stand behind the quality of our work. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for pre-existing damage to your turf, irrigation, or property that we didn't cause, or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Website Content

The content on this website, including text, photos and video, belongs to Turf Cleaning Perth or Baldivis Window Cleaning unless otherwise credited, and shouldn't be copied or reused without our permission.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia, and any disputes will be handled in the courts of Western Australia.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes to our services or legal requirements. The version published on this page is the one that applies.
